1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and transactions made through Zócalo Silver Wholesale.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Wholesale Eligibility

2.1 We are a wholesale supplier and only sell to registered businesses or individuals purchasing for resale.
2.2 Proof of business status may be required before an account is approved.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to availability.

3.2 Full payment must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

3.4 All goods remain the property of Zócalo Silver wholesale until payment is made in full.

3.5 Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

3.6 For account holders, payment for goods is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

3.7 Zócalo Silver Wholesale retains the right to impose a 3% interest charge per month on any overdue accounts.

3.8 We accept payments through BACS.

4. Hallmarking & Authenticity

4.1 All sterling silver items over 7.8 grams are hallmarked by the Assay Office in Edinburgh, ensuring authenticity.
4.2 The hallmark is intentionally small to maintain the aesthetic quality of the jewellery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after pick and payment confirmation.
5.2 Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 We accept returns for damaged or faulty items within 7 days of receipt.
6.2 Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
6.3 Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
6.4 Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1 We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
